Product principles
Section titled “Product principles”- Silence is structurally impossible: every status change emails the citizen, and closing or rejecting requires a citizen-visible reply.
- Zero friction: email is the only required field; anonymous submissions are allowed.
- Traceability: every step is logged and the email log proves the citizen was informed.
- AI only suggests: AI proposals are always labelled; decisions are human.
- We are not the official registry: formal procedures link to the electronic office (e-TRAM).
