For town halls

Does it replace the official entry registry? No, and the form itself says so. Formal filings go to the electronic office.

What about spam or abusive content? Nothing is assigned without moderation, and email verification filters most spam.

How much does it cost? We prepare a quote for your town: write to hola@enacast.com. It always fits within a Spanish minor services contract (up to €15,000/year ex-VAT). No lock-in.

Can we take our data if we leave? Yes: a CSV export of the requests at any time, from the back-office stats.

For citizens

Can I complain without giving any data? Yes, with the anonymous option. Save the code and link: you will not receive emails.

Which languages can I write in? Any language you like. The form and status page are in Catalan, Spanish and English, and staff reply in the language they choose. Automatic translation of replies is not available yet (coming soon).

What happens to my data once the request is closed? After the period your town hall sets (24 months after closing by default), your email, name, photos and the copies of the emails are anonymised automatically. The town hall keeps only the statistics.

What does “merged” mean? Someone else reported the same issue. Your code keeps working and you receive the same updates.
