For citizens

  1. Open your town’s form (from the town website or the QR poster).
  2. Pick a category, describe the issue, optionally add a location and a photo.
  3. Enter your email — the only required field — and submit.
  4. Confirm the verification email: you will get your reference code (e.g. VDM-000042) and your status link.

Uploaded photos are automatically cleaned of metadata (EXIF): your phone’s GPS coordinates are never stored.

The status link shows the timeline and the town hall’s replies, in your language. Every status change also arrives by email.

StatusMeaning
ReceivedWaiting for moderation.
ValidatedReviewed, categorized and prioritized.
AssignedIn the hands of the department that will fix it.
In progressThe department is working on it.
ResolvedDone — the email explains how it was fixed.
RejectedCannot be handled; always with a written reason.
MergedIt was a duplicate; your code keeps working and you keep getting updates.

If a request is marked resolved but the problem persists, the resolution email and the status page carry a one-click reopen button.

You can submit with no personal data at all. You will not get emails: save the code and link shown after submitting — they are the only way to track it.

For formal filings with legal effect, use your town hall’s electronic office (e-TRAM).
